Will my private insurance cover chiropractic?

Answer: probably! Chiropractic care is most often covered by your private insurance company. Your BC medical card does not usually cover chiropractic treatments, except for certain circumstances.  Refined Health offers direct billing services, and this may include your insurance company!  In this case, our clinic can do majority of the work for you, and reduce the out-of-pocket expenses for you.  Chiropractic care may also be included in your ICBC claim (within 2 years of your accident), and it is also covered by WorkSafeBC.

How do I know chiropractic will work for me?

Answer: varies Many people who have never tried chiropractic have questions about whether it is the right choice for them.  Majority of patients who see a chiropractor will experience positive results.  Unfortunately, there are also many people who have had a negative experience with their previous chiropractor, which dissuades them from trying it again.  "There is the right chiropractor out there for you", says Dr. Carly, "and hopefully you find that I am that person who can make the change for you."

How long do I have to see a chiropractor?

Answer: varies Like all health care, your treatments and the time it takes your body to recover or respond is impossible to determine right away. Some people experience positive results immediately, and may not need another treatment for quite some time. Others will respond more slowly to treatment, because their bodies need more time to recover. Many people who use chiropractic as a method to stay healthy find that they want to continue using it, but the frequency is not pre-determined nor is there a rule for how often you should visit your chiropractor. Question any chiropractor who tells you differently!
